On June 24th, we will be moving all of our support processes to Zendesk! Change is hard but the benefits always make it worth the effort. There will be no interruption to the award winning support we provide to clients with this change. We are making the change over the weekend while support is closed.
Why are we making this change?
This change is part of our continued effort to enhance the support experience for all of our customers. We will also be merging the support experience for Finalsite customers using our Enrollment/Admissions and Content Management platforms under one roof within Zendesk.
Here is what you have to look forward to:
-
The ability to easily search past conversations
-
Faster notification on bug fixes
-
A drop down alerting you to newly released features
-
The ability to submit feature requests in the product
-
An easy to navigate support portal where you can view all of your open and closed requests in one place, for both SchoolAdmin and the CMS
-
A new and improved help center
-
Better logging of phone conversations so that you don’t need to repeat yourself and we can follow up with you by email when needed
Here is what will not change:
-
The support representatives you know and love and will still be here to provide award winning support
-
The ability to get timely answers when you need them most
-
Fast access to support within the product, by email and phone. All of our contact information will remain the same and automatically forward to Zendesk.
Upcoming things to watch for:
-
Further communication - the week of this change we will be sending out a preview of what to expect. When we make the switch we will be sending out a quick ‘How To’ guide to help you navigate.
-
All open requests on the 24th will be moved to Zendesk. Don’t worry, we will email you with a link to access the conversation so nothing gets lost. Worried about losing access to a closed conversation? Don’t be. We are bringing over all requests made within the last few years.
As always, our team is here to answer any questions you might have. Please feel free to reach out. We hope you have a wonderful rest of your week!
Your SchoolAdmin/Finalsite Support Team
