Virtual Training (Schedule Now!)
Now that we are primarily in a virtual learning environment, the benefits I've seen from online training are greater retention and application of concepts learned. Virtual training allows for more digestible instruction, since the topics are spread out across multiple sessions, for shorter durations of time vs 6-7 hours at once. This amount of time can often feel exciting, but also overwhelming. The recommendation is to schedule no more than 3 back to back hours for optimal retention. I've seen the best results with 1-2 hours at a time, however, I'm happy to accommodate the needs and requests of the school I'm working with, as my schedule permits.
