Need to update an existing form? Awesome! When you send in a request, the more detail you give, the better. This helps us understand exactly what needs to change, so we can get it right the first time.
What to include:
- The name of the form.
- Where the change should be made: page number, section name, or field.
- What’s currently there, and what you want it updated to.
If you're adding something:
- What are you adding? (e.g., a question, section header, note)
- Where should it go?
- What’s the exact text or prompt you’d like us to use?
If you're adding a new field:
- What type of field? (e.g., dropdown, yes/no, checkboxes)
- What are the options/choices? (List them exactly how you want them shown)
- Is it required or optional?
- Should it appear for everyone or just for certain grades/programs?
Helpful Tips:
- Screenshots = huge help!
- Please submit your request in writing through Support.
