Recently Imported Forms

The Recently Imported Forms page (Admissions > Forms > Recently Imported Forms) shows all inquiry and application forms that have been imported into Finalsite Enrollment, both automatically and manually.

💡Quick Answers

• What information does the Recently Imported Forms page show? Name on Form, Form Type (Inquiry or Application), Source, Submission Date, Apply Grade, and Apply Year.
• What does the Source column indicate? It shows how the form arrived: Online Inquiry/Application (direct submission or via Quick Action), Explore Inquiry/Applicant (from Finalsite Explore), or SSATB (from the SAO integration).
• What is the difference between Recently Imported Forms and the Forms Inbox? The Forms Inbox is where forms arrive before being imported; Recently Imported Forms shows what has already been processed into the system.

On the Recently Imported Forms page, under Admissions > Forms > Recently Imported Forms, you can see the following:

• Name on Form: Name of the child who's inquiring or applying to your school.
• Form Type: Indicates if it's an Inquiry or Application Form
• Source: Indicates the source of the application or inquiry. See a list of sources below.
• Submission Date: The date the parent/guardian/admin submitted the completed form.
• Apply Grade: Grade that the child is inquiring about/applying for.
• Apply Year: Year that the child is inquiring about/applying for.

Inquiry Sources

• Online Inquiry: The form came from someone filling out your Inquiry form online or from an admin at the school adding the student in through the Quick Action menu.
• Explore Inquiry: The form came from someone inquiring in Finalsite Explore. (Only shows for schools using Finalsite Explore.)

Application Sources

• Online Application: The form came from someone filling out your Application online or from an admin at the school adding the student in through the Quick Action menu.
  Explore Applicant: The form came from someone applying in Finalsite Explore. (Only shows for schools using Finalsite Explore.)
• SSATB: The form came from an SSATB application. (Only for schools with SAO.
